The Data request form is to enable the Requestor to clearly articulate the purpose and context for the data request, a clear description of the data required and frequency, how the data will be used, shared or distributed and to whom.

Requests are assessed under the Statistical Services Act. Confidential unit-record data is only released in anonymised form.
